I’m Sam (Sam Proof), and through CuteAvalanche I’ve spent years caring for cats of all ages—from newborn bottle babies to senior cats who need a little extra support.
Over the years, I’ve helped care for 200+ foster cats, which has given me hands-on experience with a wide range of personalities, medical needs, and routines. Every cat is different, and I’m used to adapting care to fit what they need, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether your pet needs quick check-ins, over night visits, medication support, or just some extra attention and companionship, I’ve got you covered.
Shy pets? No problem, I’m very patient and will move at their speed, even if that means pretending they’re not there, sitting still for the majority of the visit or simply giving them space until they feel safe.

Will my pets stay at your home?
No. We provide care in your pet’s home where they are most comfortable.
Do you provide updates?
Yes! I love sharing photos and updates from each visit.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking as early as possible for holidays and vacation periods. Feel to reach out and book as early as you want to reserve space. You can cancel upto 24 hrs before without penalty.
Do you accept___ for payment?
While my preference is Zelle, or cash I do also accept Venmo, Cash app, Paypal and a few other platforms
Do you have pets?
I do, we have 4 house cats and a constant rotation of adorable foster kittens
