Milestones Galore
We’re thrilled to share some incredible milestones from across our platforms:
- Twitch: We just hit 20,000 followers! 🎉
- YouNow: Our channel reached 1,000 followers—thank you for your support!
- DLive: We’re closing in on 3,000 followers (currently at 2,800).
- YouTube: We’re at 2,489 subscribers and counting!

St. Catricks Day is Here!
Our annual St. Catricks Day event is officially underway! This marks the 4th or 5th year of our Rainbow Hunt, and we’re excited to bring even more fun and rewards to the table. Whether you’re chasing rainbows, collecting Shamrocks, or dodging the mischievous Leopardchaun, there’s something for everyone.

Fundraiser Update
Our Tiltify fundraiser has hit a bit of a stall at $200, but we’re grateful for the additional $100 donated outside the campaign. Urgent: Help Us Save Our Videos!
Both Twitch and Facebook have announced major changes to their video storage policies. Twitch is removing Highlights, and Facebook is removing Past Broadcasts. This means we could lose dozens of terabytes of precious video content.
We’re working hard to download and save everything, but we need your help! We’ve added hard drives to our Amazon Wishlist: cuteavalanche.com/wishlist. We’d love to secure at least 4 drives to start, but we’re not even sure if that’ll be enough. If you’re able to contribute, it would mean the world to us—and to the animals we help.
Meet Sophie and Simon, Our New Foster Kittens
We’re excited to introduce our newest foster kittens, Sophie and Simon! Sophie is a 2-week-old dilute tortie named after the beloved character from The BFG by Roald Dahl. She was brought to us first, and shortly after, Simon arrived at the shelter with two other siblings.
Simon is thought to be from the same litter, but he’s a bit underweight and slower in development. It’s possible he hasn’t been eating well or is from a separate litter born to the same colony but by a different mom. Both kittens are adorable, and we’re doing everything we can to help them thrive.
Amanda wants to keep the kittens in the living room, which has made streaming them a bit of a technical challenge. Our main streaming PC is in the bedroom, and running a camera cable to the living room just isn’t feasible. To solve this, I’ve decided to buy a mini PC for about $150 using my own birthday gift cards. This will allow us to set up a 24/7 stream with night vision so you can enjoy all the kitten cuteness!
If you’d like to help chip in for the cost of the mini PC, you can send a gift card from our Wishlist with a memo that it’s for the mini PC. For our YouTube friends, SuperChats or SuperThanks with a similar message would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all—we’ll get you as much of this cuteness as possible while these little ones are with us!
(Note: They’ll only be with us for a handful of weeks. Once they hit 8 weeks old, Amanda will be passing them off to another foster.)
